Mixed flow starts with warming up the body gently. Heating the body up with vinyasa like movements. Then, we settle in and relax the body to stretch and melt the tension away.
This class is great for active recovery or if you are just starting your yoga practice or just coming back to yoga.
A 60 minute class on Monday evenings at 5:30 pm for a peaceful and relaxing way to end your day.
