Mat Pilates is a great way to build up your core and overall strength. Exercises are done on your mat with little to no props or weights, but can be modified to be easier or harder depending on your level of fitness.
Great for beginners to advanced students. We will focus on stabilization of the joints to reduce risk of injury as well as flexibility and mobility.
